you can't get mods on native quest, you have to be using pcvr what I think you're talking about would be the mod called chroma

Not sure if it’s a pc exclusive. However a mod called Camera2 allows you to do it. Just have to go into the mod settings and play with the cameras

They're all custom songs including Up and Down

I can't be to sure. You might have to hold the FN (function) key whilst you hit F3. Other than that I wouldn't be too sure

Slower will always make you more precise, you'll make tighter turns if you tilt fully and are going slow, you will be able to make better turns since you can tilt the kayak more by the time you need to paddle and all of that kinda stuff. However in races I'm practically always trying to go as fast as possible and with how the maps are layed out in this game and the how the race courses are designed you won't have to slow down to do a tight turn and almost all are possible at max speed as long as you get some practice in.

Yea you need a vr headset to play vr games

the difference is its harder to get custom songs on the quest I think

The Quest is a standalone headset. It works like a console instead of having to connect it to a PC. You can still connect the Quest to a PC if you want to. Since the Quest also has its own operating system, the modding process is different (and more difficult), not as many mods are supported or work properly and mod support takes longer to reach newer versions of the game.
