    Thanks for sharing this video! I would like to know if the refrigerant hoses connect to the inside unit directly behind the unit straight through a hole in the wall, thus the hole is covered by the inside unit. Or do the hoses come out the bottom or side and have to be exposed inside before running outside? I need to know because the location I want to install the inside unit has no clearance below it or to the sides. The hoses must run directly out behind it.

    • @rohdsteading5880
      @rohdsteading5880 28 วันที่ผ่านมา

      Yes, the hoses are exposed and come out the bottom of the interior unit. We were able to trim around it and hide it somewhat.

    I've been using one with multiple vents for 2 weeks now, cools great under heatwave, 35-40C outside, 25-27C inside, 30A-50AM draw. However, after running for 6-10 hours sometimes it starts to blow warm air and no longer cools... E05 error popped out and the compressor was 70C hot, reached out to Treeligo on Aliexpress and they suggested multiple reasons. Refrigirant was all good, 10 bar on high and 3 bar on low... Seems like malfunction with compressor electronics unfortunately. After some restarts it works again.

    Got a 1260 myself , very disappointed to be honest . Im just learning that you dont actually need to use one providing your batteries have their own management and you have enough surplus Ah from your alternator to charge them at their full C rating . Ive seen the melting alternator vids , aye well when youre trying to get 200Ah from a 90A alternator thats also static with fan removed its going to get a tad hot 🔥! Edit : I'm running mine on a 6.5 Ton iveco with a 4 cyl 3.0ltr turbo diesel 168 hp charging 3 x 100Ah lifepo and i definitely notice a difference on fuel mileage when the heater is on , sorry did i say "heater" i meant charger , hate it ? You can litteraly hear the load and rpm stutter when the thing is switching from full to half and vise versa .

  • @thelonerizla1
    @thelonerizla1 2 หลายเดือนก่อน

    Ive got a 1260 in the UK , crap charger, great heater . The output is supposed to be 50Ah , if its really cold I get around 47Ah till it warms up (in minutes) then its switching between half and full power automatically so it runs at 22Ah and around 45Ah alternately so the actual average Ah is nowhere near the claimed 50Ah output despite it sucking 60Ah from my engine batt/alternator. Im a sparky with a backround in electrical engineering, the heat tells me all i need to know abiut efficiency or rather , inefficiency.

    Thank you for this video. Very insightful and neutral reporting regarding the challenges of communication with a "reversed" time Zone. I'm used to communicating with people in Europe, so the delays in response is normal for me. My late night is their early morning and vice versa. Ever since I installed solar power + new 12v lithium battery in my 5th wheel, my dc power in my RV only works when plugged into solar inverter or shore power. I don't know if I fried my converter. I have the Inteli Power 9100. Maybe there's a fuse or breaker I tripped or the converter's shot?

    • @rohdsteading5880
      @rohdsteading5880 3 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Can you clarify what you mean by solar inverter, do you mean solar charge controller? If your DC power is only working when you are on shore power, it sounds like your converter is working, because that's what the converter does, it takes shore power, 120V AC and changes it to 12V DC. If your DC power is not working when you disconnect from shore power I would start looking for a faulty disconnect switch to the batteries, a fuse to the batteries that is blown or possibly your batteries aren't working.
