Jimmy page is one of my guitar heroes!!
Never did like Page in the Yardbirds. It wasn’t the Yardbirds when Clapton left. Paul Samwell-Smith also took something out when he left. Keith Relf’s death was so sad.
Also if ya dig and enjoyed this video by Yardbirds 😀 you may also enjoy the song " Most of All " By Glenn Kaiser and Where Roses Grow Live by Rez Band Awesome songs check them out. Also I remember hearing the song by Led Zepp " In My Time of Dyin " during my drug years and made me think about death and Jesus. Then a hippy friend that dug Jesus told me more of Jesus love and forgiveness and how I could also know Jesus love. So in 1981 I cried out to Jesus and wow man He came into my life and I had and have so much joy and peace and now know that through Jesus when I die I will be with Him in Heaven. Hey Jesus loves each of you also and yall can know Him if you are at all open. Just cry out to Him and a good question to ask yourself if you were to die today would you go to heaven ? And if yes why ? To find out more please read the Gospel of John in the Bible or check out the movie on TH-cam. 😀
Kick out the jams, mf!
And to think that the first two famous versions of this song (by Tiny Bradshaw and by the Rock N Roll Trio) used an UPRIGHT bass!
Page mashes Dazed and Confused at the intro !!!
Very Zepleny guitar sound..haha...guitarist might make it.....big one day..
Басовый риф просто абалденный
This is even better than the Blow Up version.
Говна не кушали?. Армия России 🇷🇺🇷🇺 вас убьёт. Суки пидарасы.
Лягушки кушай не слушай.😅
I love how Jimmy shuts this French guy up with one stroke of his guitar. God bless you Keith! We all know you’re in Rock Heaven!
they warm up this gig with the riff from dazed and confused.... and i think that is pauly shore as th DJ
The Zeppelin will soon take flight.
Jimmy Page had ideas about how things should sound, especially the guitar. When he finally got LZ together and in the studio, they were dynamite. But what you hear on the records is Page’s best bits grafted together by JPJ. The idea wasn’t matched by Page’s ability. A competent and sought after session man and producer, his ability never matched what he wanted to do with driving rock. He lacked speed when fluent, fluency when fast. His brain was too fast for his fingers. There’s the occasional gem, but we hear the best of him on studio recordings. His live playing with LZ ranged from adequate to embarrassingly bad. He seems to have believed his own publicity, and relied too much on his self belief and not enough on hard work honing his craft. I’m a big LZ fan from the start, and love all of it. But when you hear a mistake or stumble (all popular musicians do both from time to time), it’s always Page!
Very similar to early Pink Floyd, See Emily Play. Thanks.
beyond fab!
The Archetype that would become Led Zeppelin. Too F'n Cool. 😎 LedHed Pb 207.20 🎶 🎸 🎹
Love love love ❤
You can already hear the Led Zeppelin "sound" in Jimmy Pages guitar riffs.
Great Keith Relf, playing your harmonica ✌️🎵🎶
It was the first time I saw Jimmy Page when he was in the Yardbirds. By this time, he was already a star. Thank you for your valuable footage.
True rock.
Aerosmith did it better!
And what about the great Jeff Beck RIP😿💔😿always s a Jimmy Page fan
I recommend that you turn the bass up a notch for this track!
ABSOLUTELY FABULOUS ⭐🔆⭐🔆⭐🔆⭐🔆⭐🔆
WoWWZerrR!!! That is fine.....now I know where Areosmith pilfered that song from. Both versions are excellent. Happy Super Bowl & VD Day !!!
What a brilliant band. Huge props to the lead singer.
Keith Relf!! 🥰 Yea BABY!!
Page ha anche rubato i vestiti di Tommy James😆
Yessss!!! Thanks for sharing!
It's clear this is where Zep was born
Aerosmith
😃😃😃😃😃😃😃😃😃😃
Grandes músicos !! Los Yardbirds fueron punta de lanza de los mejores grupos Ingleses Y ahí están las raíces del legendario Led Zeppelin... Keith un músico virtuoso... SD. México.
So glad this period of music dominance is over ! Just noise!
Jimmy page thinks he’s cool ! He’s not !
Page is so overrated
"She was a hamster"
Yeah Aerosmith was Covering but not the Yardbirds - seen a video of a Black guy doing "Train Kepta Rolling" about 5 years before the Yardbirds 🤔
Geez...that wears very well overall with time. Now i know why...Areosmith covered it.
Jimmy moves just like he did with Led Zep. He was always a very cool dresser too. My favorite guitarist of all time.
Great band.... Page is about a year away here ...
Antonioni?
i believe it was shortly after this that this lineup crumbled and soon after Jimmy met the lads and when they jammed this was the first song they played. how i read it, at the end of the song they all stared at each other in wonder at the sound and energy they unleashed. JPJ said he knew right then they were destined for greatness.
Just think in less then one year Paige would change name former new yard birds to zeppelin and rule rock for a decade going from blues rock to acid rock to hard rock and Tolkien rock
Not to forget....this song was written by Johnny Burnette, (Johnny Burnette Trio) Americans. The original is non pretentious in your face. Thanks.
👍
Keith Relf, gone to soon...
