Not bad, but the hand speed should be a product of the speed of the handle at the end of the stroke. Some of the handles speeds were slower in to the body than they were getting away.
The cox needs to do much, much more to sort out the balance coming forwards, or there is no point in doing the exercise. The boat should be level at all times. And if, at the pause, the oat is not level, the cox should not call the crew to come forwards until they have adjusted the balance so that it is level. Good luck.
For those of us unfamiliar, which crew is this please? I believe this is Keio, but which particular crew? Any notes ion English would be really appreciated on future videos.
@@obliviato88 Thank you. I do enjoy looking at your posts, but could you please label which crew each is, so those of us from outside Japan can better understand which crew we are watching?
Nice, Im a collegiate rower from the U.S in the state of California. It is nice to come across other clubs/schools that row and especially some from Japan!
I think its one of those reversible boats that has seats that can be switched depending on where the coxswain sits; I saw an old Vespoli with this design once.@@lloydvidotto7110

Nice. A little more attention is needed on hand heights once the seat starts moving forward, but the drive phase looks good.
I'm not sure how I got here, and I know nothing about what's going on in this video, but nice!
Very good blade entry speed. Well done!
huh?

Nice work on the finish, and good early squaring.
I like it
Four and six are generally half a blade late at the entry.
This is beautiful! I love big breasted black women
We never rowed without clothing. Even if it was hot outside. It would harm your spine and kindneys.

@@camdencz chill air coming from the water. It doesn't feel chill but it is. It is a rule not to row without clothing.

This is the 2022 varsity eight of Keio University.

Great videos! Where is your rowing club? I would love to row in Japan in the future.
Пятый пускай сначала переведется за колени а только потом уже едет,спиной сильно не работай ,а быстрее переводись и за счёт ног толкай ,удачи
