@@Doughtato Off-topic question: should I be saving my Astral Shards, or am I mixing that up with the special material you get from reaching lvl 25 of the new BP? I think it's called a Fruit? Which resource will allow me to nab Signature Weapons for characters in the future?

@ astral shards you can eventually exchanged for random SFE weapon (from the SFE pool) and corn fruit you can eventually select a specific SFE weapon with them. Personally I’m saving both for those for now

@ if you’re planning to get Kvare I think she’s worth getting now. You might wanna skip raw alt tho. You can still use her 5* Gale Sword for Tristan

This is my question too, would have liked to see tests comparing pentacle setups to sword+cup or wand.

@@Riviet I think it could work. I just preferred amplifying her strength as high hp bruiser + piercer and run her with another main dps like Auguste. Tarot wise I do believe Fool to be her best but if you can get high hp+attack magician for AoE build or High hp+attack hierophant for single target build (although you’ll be sacrificing her piercing dmg and hp bulk) I kinda find sword + cup redundant mostly cause there hasn’t been an instance where feast don’t get her to full hp (or close to it)

@@DoughtatoI see so your not trying to output as much dps as possible with her alone but trying to get her as tanky as possible which gives her higher piercing dmg and helps her support other piercing dmg dealers. I guess the main difference is then S+W max hp being 25% compared to P+P being 40% not including the higher flats you can get, compared to 12 atk and def from movement just increasing her own physical dmg.

@ Yeah that’s the thought process behind it. People can definitely use her as main dps but I just thought having her play a different role (that she’s already great at) will make teams more well rounded. Also, in the future, she would be a great piercing dmg support for Kvare with her wound so I kinda decided to just build her that way. If optimized stat on engravings are cheaper and easier to get, sure, but the double pentacle for her alone already cost me like 3m+ coins, I just don’t think making another set of engraved trinket (with optimized hp and patk) is an efficient use of resources (This is from me having spent real money on Elysium coins before cause of engraving) when there are other pure dps that easily outshine her (now and in the future) Hope that makes sense :)

They're not from the Hanged Men yeah. I assume they're from the new Night Crimson faction, which currently includes most of the 3.0 SSRs in CN/TW _(Rawi A, Safi A, Tristan, Kvare, Pamina, Layla, Kiya)_

@@rymn8r So I just tested it by giving her physical shield to see if there’s 20% damage up from the defender passive. It doesn’t seem to have a difference in damage so I’d assume disguise doesn’t take into account these role passives for Saff unfortunately

@@leoni6349 I think it’s dependant on the unit and your playstyle. For me, personally, cause I like to play more aggressively, I’d be prioritizing role passives that enhances units overall damage output before maxing the more denfensive ones on the skill tree (cause … stars are hard to come by unfortunately) For example, with Agatha (I’ll cover more of this on her preview and test video later this week) will benefit from the Watcher role passive maxed out (In particular the damage up from having 2 buffs and 12% extra dmg when having more hp percentage than target) This will also dictate which units synergize well with her. If a unit can happen to take advantage both role passives and faction aura passives, imo it boosts the value of that specific unit further. I’m not sure if it entirely answers your question but I hope it helps a bit :) I’ll be mentioning individual role passives and how they interact with their overall faction/kit in the future :)
