@@Brickticks I’ll be sure to update it in the future! Perhaps using a snot brick and cheese slope technique.

I was actually going to say use 1x2x1 2/3 bricks with stud on side and a whole bunch of 1x4x2/3 double sided curved slopes with some plates underneath those locking together the 1x2x1 2/3 bricks for stability. Your idea works too though.

@@Brickticks That's a good idea! I came up with a different boiler design which looks more round using some modern building technique's which Ill share as a post on here.

@@aidenteszke9000 Thank you! Obviously it’s a style choice but it just feels and looks more like LEGO to me. That being said I love seeing what people come up with using LEGO’s modern parts. More to come in the future!

I’m also glad you like my classic big green engine from my childhood, part of me regretted taking that apart back in 2022 but like a lot my LEGO from my childhood it was infested with some megablocks!

Unfortunately the Windscreen piece was never released in blue but it would look great!

@@PeppersTrains I'm pretty sure you could modify the color using dyes, I've seen it used for Bionicle pieces & other Themes before.

@@PeppersTrains I've heard that Rit dye has colours that very closely resemble official lego colours

@ Maybe I’ll look into it in the near future. Even if I don’t make a HST Class 43/Metroliner, I could always make the red train from LEGO loco.

@BrickishRailways Yeah the actual train is mostly made out of bricks available at that time. I always had to make this one. This train is very nostalgic to me! 😂

@BrickishRailways With the modern pieces you can make some real works of art and they look fantastic! For me it’s just a preference of style of what I grew up with especially with studs showing. But your right, in many ways it’s quite fun coming up with stuff like the window arrangement using older pieces. I’m Glad you enjoy the videos and thanks for your kind words! Awesome! Judging from the image that appears on the stamp in the Picture maker, it seems like it wasn't made of LEGO for the most part. I would love to see your version, is it on your channel?

Do you mean the White with Blue? I bought a couple of different Vinyl Sheets to see which one was closest to "LEGO Blue" and cut them. The Blue I ended up using is an almost perfect match.
