Barefooting is not a challenge. Your feet and soles love to be totally free. They love various textures of soil between their toes. They love to kiss the Earth. We deprive them of their happiness due to our selfish desires snd once in a while you set them free and then call it a challenge. If you love your feet and soles like the rest of your body and want them to be free,go barefoot as often as possible(more the better). Be totally barefoot ALWAYS when you're at home and that's inside the house as well as in your garden. Barefoot living not only makes your feet and soles happy but makes them look pretty and healthy. Go barefoot always for good health and happy feet !!!

i was wondering do u think could have been. from peppermint u added to honey an flour. i think that could have raise heart rate. when u have asthma have to b careful what you use. i had it for many years me too. used to have breathing machine. no asthma over 6yrs now. hope u gotten better since. thanks

I can not lay down because it really hurts when I breath in, there's no mucas or phlegm, it's just painful when I breath, it's a nightmare so God knows what your going through, hope your ok.
