Love means different things to different people.. why do they try to make it the same for everyone? To define love is not a few words on a piece of paper.. it's an expression of understanding the individual heart.. but looking deeper how sincere are they because actors portray love all the time.. Writers consider love with different approaches? The real question I believe is what makes a person feel loved ? This too will differ person to person.. Love can be fickle or it can run very deep.. but that does not mean that either way it will be accepted by another .. Even God himself understood that.. for He .. he said if you cannot accept my son and what He did on your behalf .. I cannot accept you because you are only seen as holy and acceptable because of the covering He gave you. People can say this is not fair.. but I would ask if you had a child and the person who said they loved you could not accept your own flesh and blood.. then why should you have to accept them? This is maybe easier for those who have a child. Who would go into hell and back for that child.. There are different kinds of love.. a general love for others .. a friendship love, a relative love, a partners love.. a parent or child love.. Many have not felt loved or accepted .. so they go and seek out love.. trying to understand it. It is known deep inside though when love is not felt .. when they feel inside miserable and slowly dying within their own self worth. Does love not listen and consider the other person? Does love not say I will show you why I love you? Does love not have the varying emotional ups and downs at times? Where did this false love come into play that love means nothing can ever go wrong? That it must always be at this level or that level? Does love not sometimes say today I do not like you very much but I still love you regardless.. now begone because I need to sort myself out? Does love not also say come here and let me talk with you and comfort you because I don't like to see you upset? Does love not need a physical component in some way? But a love between a man and woman who are consensual and legal age .. and a love with a child or person under that age should not be the same physical sexual expression. Yet unfortunately many have had that innocence stolen from them. Untill these issues are actually dealt with properly then people will still suffer. To teach a child they have the right to say no and to question the person who is talking with them.. is a good and healthy thing. To have honest and open conversation with a child as a parent is to prepare them for the world and it's realities. When looking at society and the issues within the adults.. it does often come back to childhood experiences. The parent does affect their children depending upon on what they have suffered with themselves because it affects their views and values upon others. A child like faith says I hear you but I still question things because children are often fearless about saying what they think. Asking the parent what does this mean.. why does this happen.. who is that person .. how come I have to.. many different parenting styles exist and even this brings conflict because of the differing ways to handle things.. so much to constantly consider.. How could mental health possibly tell us tick this box and that box you are sick because you don't fit our desired baseline of normality.. It is well known that people put on a best behaviour when dealing with such people.. It is well known people are afraid to be seen as crazy even a little which can be a wonderful thing in reality.. It is known that throughout history you had to be at a certain social standing to be taken seriously... It is well known that many have not felt heard properly from their own perspective.. So.. what is love? How do you define such a broad hard to explain emotion? To the grieving heart love is painful.. to the fulfilled heart love is wonderful.. to the doubting heart love is confusing.. to the closed heart love is stupid .. is love the same today in this experience as it is tomorrow in another experience? I do not believe it is.
