I remember when my teacher told a story one day about a girl in our school who was mistreated by a student from another school, when her senior asked this girl why she was crying, this girl replied that the student from the other school slapped and grope her butt, not long after this girl student said that, the school became really quiet because almost all the students who were there went to the school where the student who molested the girl student from my school.

People overseas might think "haha what a crazy story" but they don't know that student gang violence is a very real and a very widespread thing in Indonesia, especially in big cities.

This is not a made-up story, school gangs in Indonesia really do exist, especially at the high school level. Talking about the old days, school gangs are very scary in Indonesia compared to now that the government has started to suppress the level of juvenile delinquency. I've heard stories from my father too, when he was in high school he also had a gang and sometimes clashed with other schools, not a few of which even suffered injuries.
