How I love this guy. Never seen or heard of him before, but far more entertaining talent than anything on tv today. Still that’s about right. More talent off screen than on.

Was there ever a 'serious' ventriloquist as opposed to a 'comedy' one? I would define a 'comedy ventriloquist' as either of the sketches by Tommy Cooper or Morecambe and Wise that feature ventriloquist dummies.

This is where I'm going wrong...Comedy ventriloquist??? I'm a serious one. No wonder I bomb!

I don't know if Mike will see this but I think we worked together on a cruise ship back in the 70s? It was a Greek ship called the Victoria and Mike of course was the magician / comedian for the nightly shows. It was Mike who steered me towards Toshiro Mifune, a great actor in fact probably one of the greatest actors of all time. Mike if you are the one I am referring to, you're still doing very well :-)

He was soooo funny. I loved the old man puppet especially, laughed out loud time.

Duncan had a stroke sometime last year. he is on the mend, I think he is back on the circuit doing his comedy routine.

I wondered what had happened to Duncan..hes a stayer I will say that for him..
