Too bad, we can't see the beautiful mountains of Utah. ☹
@@bobroch1107, we’ll keep that in mind when we go back! That was a short visit for us. Thank you for watching!
Lived there from '85 - '95. It was a great place to grow up. I still get back multiple times a year and have drawn a lot of people in Nye Beach. Stay sketchy!
Thanks for watching! Glad you enjoyed it!
SO much character and charm- great video- thank you!!
@@DebraV711711, you’re welcome! It’s one of our favorite areas in Richmond. Thank you so much for watching!
Third-rate, unsafe city, like a miniature Baltimore. Controlled by corrupt, inept, racist blcak activist politicians and idiot white northern leftist transplants. Crumbling schools with substandard education. Panhandlers and crime. It's spreading to the suburbs because the city okayed an extended bus line that goes from the ghetto all the way out to the posh shopping malls and the busses are free to ride. Not as bad as California, but Richmond is pretty much hopeless.
The typical weather in the Pacific Northwest from mid October through March and possibly April.
Thank you!🎉
@@heyyall9030, thank you for watching!
What airport serves this area?
@@EdFertik, thanks for watching. The Richmond International Airport, RIC, serves that area.
Nicollet mall looking clean, good to see they finally got the fountains working again
@@joelpm503, thanks for watching!
Looks like a really cool town. I believe there's sequences filmed in Astoria in the horror film "The Green Room".
@@tuskedbeast thank you for watching!
Have been there twice, and I fell in love with Astoria. The bridge is my favorite ever. So much history. Hope to go back next year. Thank you for posting this.
@@takemeback70s, so glad you enjoyed it! Thanks for watching.
MY FAVORITE TOWN ANYWHERE. It’s hard to put into words. It’s just a feeling that’s there. Gotta be there to understand ❤️
This could be Tillamook. Lane county has two rivers, Tillamook has five and a bay. Lane County has timber and grass seed farms. Tillamook has timber and dairy farms. Lane County is on highway, interstate 5, Tillamook is on State Highway 6 (highway of death). Lane County is controlled by the commissioners while Tillamook County is controlled by the State. Tillamook County contributes millions to the State Treasury from the Beach Properties from Manzanita to Pacific Beach but they do not have an engineering department or a grant writer.Tillamook County is dangerous to hikers, joggers, women with strollers and bicycles. Tillamook County could win an award for the most variety of intersections. We could have a beach marathon for runners and peddle but we would have to close the highways. Go figure? God Bless Neil Goldsmith. Iguana Dave
Thanks!
We appreciate your support! Thanks so much for watching!
I’ll be going to Nye tomorrow to ride track chairs on the beach. I use a wheelchair and was apprehensive about exploring the town but you showed the sidewalks and it’s total doable. Plus, I saw a pet friendly pub. My dog and I are gonna have a great time. Very good video, thank you!
Boise is my hometown and where I was born! But I grew up in Korea. Even though I visit boise once in few years, I still miss it soooo much!! This video helped me and made me happy thank you!!
Hello , I love that place and I think this is beatufil, but I wondering why there is not people walking in the streets , I love to walk and relax and knwoing places around, and I have used to walking around... and in your videos as well as in others I havent seen people around....they dont like , or is dangerous???
É preciso que o congresso nacional em Washington DC defenda o governo dos Estados Unidos da América do governo Trump sem isso o governo Trump vai destruir o governo dos Estados Unidos da América
What a shithole
My Mom's Mom, one Cora Wetter, who has passed on many years ago. Used to be a member of the Art Guild that met at Nye Beach. And I believe some of her art may still be there. Back in 2014, myself, my mom and dad, stayed at the Waves of Newport at Nye Beach. So I know that area well. I have fond memories of walking the beach from Nye Beach to Newport. I've also walked across the bridge several times. And I've eaten lots of Clam Chowder at Mo's Annex. I do miss it.
What a Getto looking city
Mormons pharaoh sa Ural Mountains
City looks fine. Want to walk around it.
Thank you for watching!
I love Redmond! I would move there in a heart beat. Such a lovely, peaceful town. Very family-oriented.
Glad you enjoyed it! It really was such a nice town. Thank you so much for watching!! 🙂
Just seems like a dead city
Great video!😍😍😍 Thanks for sharing!😍😍❤️❤️🌹🌹
Thank you for this ❤ I’m longing to be out west where it’s so green. Helps me remember it won’t be too much longer :)
Thanks for sharing this video. This brings back tons of memories of U of O.
Salem is a shit hole city second only to Portland. Lucky you were not robbed or beaten while filming
Thank you for everything about boise . I wish to travel to Idaho soon
This is the last salt water I walked in 12 years ago. Thanks for the remembrance
Keep going. Love it
Love the birds singing
thank you so much for uploading! Im form germany and I'd love to travel to USA visiting Utah and other states one day!
Brings back fond memories. I went there 1990-1994.
This was very boring to watch. Nothing to see really or discover anything interesting. Empty streets, empty sidewalks. Very few businesses or restaurants. “Tour guide” must have known that it’s not a particularly attractive area and didn’t even bother to explain in more detail where the heck she was walking. Not a video to entice anybody to wanna come and check out Eugene.
'Sometimes I Think About Dying' brought me here. The film, not my own thoughts, before you kindly offer help! I'm longing to go to Astoria just because of this movie! From the UK, by the way.
I went to West Sussex this year, beach was windy, gloomy but I liked it. I live in Seattle and weather is very similar here. I want to visit Astoria so bad. Also Cannon Beach. Hopefully very soon!.
@@sugadimin4511 Heh that's funny, my experience going to the UK as someone who grew up in WA was, "Hey, people are always complaining about it being rainy and cold... what the hell, this is way too warm!"
When I heard name of utha ..then John Edwards john comes in my mind ..btw I from India 😊
Just a heads up....its just lower queen anne. the city may have "officially" renamed it but no one knows what uptown is or if they do they dont acknowledge it
OSU Memorial Union. Most beautiful building in the state.
listen to how peaceful it is...generally 😌
my Corvallis happy home 🏡
We need some homeless to decorate the streets!
Thank you for watching!
BTW, metro Boise population is 850,000. You should go downtown at night, it's very busy and alive, especially 8th St Restaurant Row and Old Boise near the Basque Center.
Just an interesting aside; the Capitol, state office buildings and the university buildings, as are many homes in the East End of Boise, are heated by geothermal hot water from under ground.
Thank you for sharing!
So beautiful
We thought so too! Hope to go back someday. Thank you so much for watching!
Way too many cult owned stores. poor old Astoria :(
Thank you for watching!
C'era molto di più da vedere...... perché camminare per strade insignificanti quando c'era il Parco delle terme???
Oh yeah. We're still redoing the Salt Lake City Temple. I wonder if the visitor centers are still open. I'm a Utah resident and I love this video on a Sunday there.
Having experienced both Oregon and Oregon State up close and personal, which campus would you rate the most aesthetically appealing? Thank you for your time, and keep the great videos coming!
Great question! Both campuses are unique and have a lot to offer. If we're talking about campus only I find the University of Oregon more visually appealing, the architecture of the halls, the track stadium, and the Knight arena, and Autzen Football Stadium also add a lot of appeal as well as the overall layout and common areas of the campus. However I enjoy the downtown area of Corvallis surrounding Oregon State more. There are more unique shops and restaurants and just a more unique, quaint vibe. Thanks for watching!
