This kind of advice is great in theory but lacks practical steps or acknowledgment of real-life obstacles. It’s all about feel-good slogans without any substance.

I just made a great meal Today was a good day I am taking care of my best friend who has stage 4 lung cancer. I am an excellent cook. Meat loaf, mashed potatoes, green beans with bacon, and honey carrots. Life is what your brain can conceive, and I'm old.. so, I had fun. I did not win. Not in the rules of usa success. I succeeded in being a good person. I'm finding peacd is more valuable than...stupid ego centric goals.

Hell yeah. I’m quitting my job. Getting a better one and I’m going to stop participating in this garbage economy.
