Thanks for the advice, I did have it with the teeth down face the ground. Cant see it any other way. I use it all the time now and my beard has grown 3 inches since this video. I may need a better camera. I'm always seeking any advice that help, like the hair wetting technique, but trust I do not have the pick turnt the wrong way.

Your hair should never be that dry especially when applying heat to it.
