My mom passed away in december 2020 when I was 25, she couldn't cook too well and it was just me and her against the world. Now that I have my son, I want to make sure we have some recipes that outlive me. We love banana pudding cake but I always wanted to find out how to make it with the best recipe possible! I’m so allergic to pineapple but these COOL CUPS LOOK GOOD 😮 our local candy lady used to make them. The one time I tried they came out rock hard 🤦‍♀️

I never thought about doing this dessert. It looks so tasty. I'm definitely going to try this recipe. I suppose you could also do apples too. Would you just buy canned apples or cut up real apples if I wanted to do it that way?
