Unless I'm misunderstanding your question, you should be able to do this easily, entering the chord symbols using the Cntrl or Cmnd+K shortcut, clicking in the desired location, then typing the chord's name. If you do this with multirests turned off, however, you may need to reposition the chord symbol. Also, the chord symbol should be placed at the beginning of the new section (i.e., Ebmi in Impressions), otherwise the multirest may split itself. You may want to play with the bar rests page for multirest appearance settings (Appearance->house style->engraving rules) as well.

May their compatibility with the OS live long! What you describe with the allowed notes, I sometimes think of as a musical "gate" through which only certain notes can pass. @@gutermusic Actually I just got GarageBand 10.3.2, which is the latest supported in Sierra and does support AU plugins while featuring the older pitch correction! Unfortunately if you run this in anything newer than High Sierra you'll experience horrible lag, instability and more!

Hi Brian, glad you could enjoy. If memory serves, you have to run and close Logic at least once in non-rewired mode first. There's also a rewire setting in Logic's preferences that likely needs enabling.
