Since you are the only one who has specially created a youtube channel with a fictitious name to target me, it appears that during the course of my very clean, very ethical, very meaningful 42 year career, you either became a part of a decision i gave which you did not like. Or you have been asked by some to tarnish my reputation. More so, since you are taking very specific names. Either ways, since you continue to repeat this, i have now handed over this to the uae cyber cell. I will leave it to them to decide how to take it forward, or whether they can trace or no. But, from my side, i still wish you and your family the very best. I have never in my life got into any form of mudslinging, either in person, or online, and i will continue to maintain that decorum till my last day. As far as Eros is concerned, the organisation and its owners are too respected, and they as well as i hold each other in very high esteem.

      This fictitious malicious account holder seems to be the only person interested in maligning Mr Gidwani. That is a shame. Truly he should be courageous enough to come out with his actual identity and take responsibility of his action.

      I have worked closely with Mr Gidwani for 13 years, and continue to assist him even now. Clearly this is a very serious defamation, harassment and false propaganda either intentionally or someone is instigating. Mr. Babani and Mr. Gidwani were likely the best team under whose leadership the company experienced explosive year-on-year growth for 10 consecutive years. They jointly led the CEO’s office for nearly 14 years.

    It was a pleasure listening to Mr. Gidwani 's fascinating work life journey. Coming from a technocrat, with an experience of more than four decades, his practical tips, peppered with interesting anecdotes from real life experiences should be invaluable for youngsters aspiring to succeed in the competitive corporate world. Mr. Gidwani's humility, quiet confidence and articulate style of speaking have added to the charm of this very interesting podcast. However, what I found most appealing was his philosophy of life as it unfolded in the course of his conversation. Although I have never been associated with the successes and challenges of the corporate world, i too have many excellent take aways from this absorbing interview. Firstly, in a world that believes in the 'by hook or by crook' policy, his emphasis on 'ethics' and his focus on possessing the 'right attitude' at any workplace was very refreshing. Secondly, his desire to build human relationships that cut across national and political boundaries speaks volumes about his belief in inclusiveness; this could be the solution to many problems that are plaguing the modern world today. Finally, what I found most appealing is his attitude to learning. It is a passion that has led him to believe that education does not stop with reading a book or passing an examination but that it is a life long process; that if actual learning has to take place, one must DO things; and to gain a thorough understanding of any domain, one must learn to do things in more than one way. Keep working Mr. Gidwani, the world needs you. Keep learning and continue to enlighten us.🙏🙏 A special word of appreciation for Rajesh ji. It was an extremely well - conducted interview; the questions you asked were unobtrusive, yet insightful, allowing Mr Gidwani full scope to share his wisdom with the audience.     I had the privilege of working with Mr. Gidwani during his time as CEO at EROS. His management style was grounded in both logic and passion, rather than being driven by emotions. As seen in this video, his analytical skills are extremely sharp, and I learned a great deal from him. Also, he always emphasize the importance of ethics as mentioned in the session of 'Overcoming global team challenges'. I respect his attitude and mindset and that always remains in my heart.
