What happened to the audio?

Sadly the sound and music and pictures are out of sinc,and skip,ruining what im sure is a beautiful programn..Not up to BBC standards. Do you not do a quality check before release,this is now the 3rd time the sound has been rubbish on a 2024 release

The sound fades out after a while. Why is this? I hope the sound issue can be rectified.
