In Regards of dispatching vehicles to the scene. It all depends on what type of fire in the premise. For this case, is a building fire so it will need Pump ladder, Firebike, red rhino, ambulance and a CPL, and is all under basic task force. By the way red rhino they are deploy at fire post to standby. If anything goes wrong the red rhino may go first prior to arrive at scene to investigate and after it will hand over to the duty officer
