Great video, as I can use it I will donate naturally!
any chance that interface is for sale? :D
I have an old Yamaha sy99 and I want to set up my bcr2000 to control the parameters. have you ever used your bcr to control an old digital synth?
UI ! Damn ! What would that mean ? I'm a poor french and as soon as there is english acronym, I'm lost. So... I found in my dictionnary "Unemployment Insurance" ..? I'm not sur it's this, here. Or... As we are in ScopeSync : User Interface ? I bet it's the second one, right ?
Je pense que c'est l'interface utilisateur!
Will Ellis Ah oui ! Merci ! :))
Grab the layout I used in this tutorial here: bcmodular.co.uk/forum/viewtopic.php?f=29&t=264
Thanks again Will, I'm a bit smarter now about the buttons. Very clever! Btw, I hope you didn't get the washing machine landing in the background from that Planetz spammer..
Haha! The joys of recording in an open-plan apartment. :)
Will Ellis Perfect jetplane starting sample... Regarding buttons, I'm still wondering if/how we can use BCR/BCF buttons together with ScopeSync. I think this in/decrement thingy wouldn't work this way with the real controller? Maybe an idea for another video...
thanks for the video WIll. One thing maybe worth to mention is that some BCM modules don't use standard Min/Max values, like envelope or filter modules. To see what Min/Max values these modules are actually using, connect them to a ConstantValue module and move the relevant parameter to its limits, which will give you the Min & Max values.
That's a very good idea for a mini-tutorial. I'll put that together in the next set.
I've made a mini tutorial to demonstrate your technique: th-cam.com/video/gNbviIbHXyM/w-d-xo.html
