Global warming will also have positive effects, so they must be taken into account to find the real cost of global warming. Most of the problems that global warming creates can be mitigated by far less expensive measures than trying to cut emissions as much as the Paris agreement requires.

Nikolov, Kramm (U of AK) and UCLA Diviner mission all tacitly agree. 2) the GHG up/down welling, “trapping”/”back” radiating, 100 % efficient, perpetual warming loop requires "extra" energy which it gets from 3) the terrestrial surface radiating that "extra" energy as an ideal, .95 emissivity black body which 4) it cannot do because of the non-radiative heat transfer processes of the contiguous atmospheric molecules. 1 + 2 + 3 + 4 = 0 RGHE + 0 GHG warming + 0 CAGW. Actually, some of the most important resources are abundant, starting with high temperature processes and capacity building of low-income potters. That the poor are entirely capable of meeting their community's needs for safe drinking water and clean cookstoves is not so well understood. Nearly all industry starts with the high temperature processes. While the natural and traditional practices of production are nearly everywhere what is primarily needed is capacity building.
