Volkswagen Passat 2005 Tdi transmission rebuild Part 3
Sorry for the part 3 delay.
So I've had to rebuild my transmission because it was leaking and the gears did not work properly

What did you rebuild?
Your description is very vague and very specific and that transmission is not only using a 2005 TDI that’s using the Passat Audis anything that has the all-wheel-drive application like the W8 the V6 the A4 the S4 and the model number you need to know for how to disassemble. It is actually the ZF5HP19FLA transmission believe me you put the model number and your description for dismantling you’ll be making everybody’s life a lot easier need to help to work on that transmission. Just saying constructive criticism.
Amazing videos! One question, how did you remove the part after the snap ring in the beginning of the video? mine seems stuck, did you have to remove anything else?
It was not stuck for us I not sure.
