I started questioning my existence at the age of 7, and as a child of a Muslim family at a young age, my first stop was the Quran. Then this wasn't enough for me. At the age of 13, I decided that this was not enough and continued to search in bitter anguish. I met Osho when I was 16, and at 18 I experienced kundalini in nature for the first time. I had an extraordinary experience that I didn't believe it, things were getting deeper and I was starting to get scared but I only felt good emotions and Love, my mind was still scared, then I needed someone like me or a servant, The only thing I was passionate about in life was my desire to search, there is no one like me around me, I wish there was one in the world. It is good to know that there are people like me, we will not turn back from our path. Now I am 19 years old and sometimes I progress and sometimes I take a break. I could not focus on university because of reading spiritual books. Now I decided not to study at university. I will work and gain financial freedom with savings at an early age and continue reading the books of masters about my only passion, the search.

Maybe Gurdjieff should have consulted a vedic scholar about the meaning of kundalini since the vedas are where that term originated. He seems to be off point in his understanding of kundalini. Sankhya yoga philosophy delineates terms like Pakruti and Parusha, ie. Nature and the All Knowing Self. Parusha can be trapped in nature(Pakruti) when immersed in perceptive faculties, five senses etc. The purpose of yoga is to unravel ourselves from the grip of our perceptions (past) to have an objective view (be here now) and harness our sexual energy (kundalini) for authentic purpose aligned with Source consciousness. This is a flow state, of ease and of grace. Its much deeper than I've explained. I suggest consulting with a vedic scholar to understand these deep concepts.

I have been in Gurdjieff Work for many decades and with a different teacher, Wm. Nyland. However, I completely agree with the comment below and with the Gurdjieffian tendency to speak in abstractions that are formulatory word salads that create a lot of unnecessary mental baggage. For a good explanation of self remembering that is clear, direct and accessible to one as a direct experience see Rupert Spira: th-cam.com/video/ByFvAKdKeRA/w-d-xo.html.

Hello Robin-thank you for your work here.....when I look at the enneagram (among other things) I Draw an imaginary line downwards bisecting the enneagram into left brain hemisphere and right.....each side, emotional and intellectual, when conscious, contain three points of perception in regards to any experience, either 1-4-2 or 8-5-7, in which a perspective for that hemisphere or center, is had....it may be a feeling first or a cognitive perception first.....the deeper and fuller experience is had when the #2 point crosses over to the cognitive #8 point (or vice versa) and the opposite hemisphere contributes its unique perspective. In this regard the cross over lines of force are particularly important and concomitantly difficult for the striving individual as each center naturally wants to be the dominant. The cross over balances. I would have to speculate that with this idea, the circle representing all and nothing, is a representation of the body center and sensation without which there can be no conscious feeling or thinking. My life here in Oregon is very fluid now and I am set to go to Europe at the end of February. When I come back (?) I would like to come to Auston to visit you and your group. I feel Gurdjieff gaze if it rested upon you, would be a very benevolent one in regards to your furtherance of His work. God bless you....

Interesting. I understood restorials and stopinders to be the same thing, namely the actual notes of the octave, the places of rest but also the points of maximal blending. Also, to return the ocatave back to the start, the kitchen must be returned to the original state, i.e. cleaning and tidying up. This last stage is what we mostly miss in life. Ahh, you mention this...
