Great Gig In The Sky Duet Live (+Welcome to the machine) - Roger Waters Dark Side Of The Moon 50th
It's 50 years today that Dark Side of the Moon released so I an uploading this for all the fans. Not the best audio because it's a mobile phone but it's a first person perspective from the concert.
Took the wife to a great gig in the sky... no wait it was Manchester England. 2018.
This is the raw footage I took so it goes from a wonderful duet into Welcome to the machine. Roger was playing mostly the Animals album at this show but mixed it in with parts of Wish you were here and The Wall, because the people expect it.

Turns out he was a jerk the whole time ! When questioned in court, Martin said "You do realise this was acting from a movie right?" but the judge dismissed that as heresay.

Just casually deleting the team. It's not that I prefer to play dps Moira, it's just so effective when you time a backline rush at a lucky moment.

My First Pentakill - Vayne - League of Legends

I've typically played support and top but recently decided to try my hand at ADC. So after deciding on Vayne (for the dodge and movement speed buffs) I played maybe 50 games and finally hit my first Pentakill. I only have around 8days played in LoL over the years so I'm not a hardcore player by any means. It felt nice to finally hit that penta though :D

I had been practicing this move for days without success against the computer. I got into a battle in Rivals and this was my equaliser. To top it off, I brought on Sane from the bench and he scored the winner. Im the worst FIFA player ever btw.

Packed a legendary skin for The Butcher, so I paid the gold to own him. Then he in turn decided to own everyone. I think I like this character now. Is he cheap and overpowered though?

I've seen Pink Floyd live, I've seen Roger twice. There are very few concerts I can compere them to for quality of the experience. It's like taking a musical drug and being immersed in it's warmth.

I love this kind of Alternative Rock, it's haunting, apocalyptic, and intense yet very atmospheric and pretty at the same!

Just listened to this album for the first time today, around this song it became clear there wasn't going to be a single bad song on this album. And it's true, while this one turned out my favourite. How come I never heard of this band before and I had to find out about this album from a yt comment? Heartbreakingly slept on, this album is. Just ordered a refurbished CD, marking the start of what will hopefully become a big music collection.

This came up on my iPod yesterday at work....On random play....nice one out of over 12,000 songs.....Ended up playing a cassette in my Beetle today on the commute.....Great band !!!!

this is everything i felt compressed in a song in my junger years, uncredible to discribe in other form. saw them in berlin (huxleys and at roskilde)
funnily enough, my friend who told me about this band was named Jimmy Fernandez, practicing guitar. he told me about a good band.
Bought the album based on a Spin review. The first side interested me. The second enthralled me.
I've had 30 years of listening to this album and it's remained one of the most influential albums in my life (alongside Pink Floyd's The Wall). I'll never stop listening to it.
One of my favorite albums. Vinyl reissue please. Current used copies go for around $500 now on discogs.
I had a vinyl copy and I let a friend borrow it but he liked it so much he never returned it. I never tried to get it back. Music like this should be shared.
Their Soloalbum Scenes from the second story is my allltime favourie after all these years . Saw them life on this tour and it was amazing . This is a masterpiece that no record will ever reach
Damn straight. It's been 30 years and I still haven't found a band that matches the internal darkness of this band. Except perhaps Sophia and thats ok by me :)

I never got to see Frank, but I have seen Dweezil 3 times. I flew 2000 miles from Calgary Alberta to Ottawa Ontario in Canada the first time. He is so good at replicating his father's music. Glad you got to see him. Your wife is a keeper!
I saw the first ZpZ tour and it is fantastic to see hos Dweezil has driven this to perfection and become THE interpreter of his fathers music and guitar playing. The “official” Zappa Family band can’t touch this level of sheer musicality and brilliance! I hope he keeps going in spite of the rest of the family’s sabotage.

Just discovered them a day ago, I think this is the 1st song I listened to. Got here from a reference on a another song on yt, think it was SubRosa. Love it, my kinda depression music.

@@patrickgeis2176 I sent a song from this album to a friend today and he also said it reminded him of grunge, probably because the "grunge" scene included some alternative metal groups like Alice in Chains, and this album is also considered alternative metal. Grunge is usually used to describe specifically those Seattle-based groups who had yarling vocals, but I've noticed for some people it became a broad term to describe any angsty, noisy 90's alternative rock, haha. Anyways, no need to be combatative FnMTooL, music should unite not divide.

I once wrote the entire lyrics down in pen and paper, and posted them through a random shop door on my way to the local pub. 10 years later I married the girl who actually worked there at that time. 28 years later we're still happily married.

@@asemic Strangely today is our anniversary. I don't think she ever read the lyrics, they were probably torn up by the manageress. However I've told her the story a few times.
