Hi Gail, He is risen indeed! Alleluia! Thank you for watching our Easter service at LCOR (Lutheran Church of Reconciliation). We hope that you were encouraged and inspired by our service AND that the NEW LIFE of Jesus will continue to flow in your heart. Please stop by again with one of our online services! In Him, Mark Hellmann Director of Worship
Hi Caren - so nice to hear from you! How are you, Chad and Ty doing these days? BTW - what year is Ty now in college? Senior year? Right before the pandemic shut down all the church, Concordia's Choir came through Wilmington. We went and were wondering whether we'd see Ty singing. During the beautiful concert (it was incredible!) I kept thinking of all of you and giving thanks to God! I am enjoying my new career in music at Reconciliation - it's given me an opportunity to reinvent myself and try something I had to put on the shelf years ago. So far so good - although I'm looking forward to having a choir once again! Life in Wilmington is good. We love the opportunity to get to the beach when we want AND we love the fact that we have no snow (or any ice!). Our kids are all doing well and scattered from Seattle to Texas and Washington, DC. We've missed seeing them this year! Please tell Chad I said "Hello!" and again, thanks for the comment! Pastor Mark
@@lutheranchurchofreconcilia5741 Thanks for the reply, Pastor Mark! Glad to hear you and Jeannie are doing well, but I'm sorry you don't get to see the rest of the family often enough. We appreciated getting your holiday card and have to say that your grandkids are among the cutest we've ever seen! Oh, those sweet faces. Ty is a senior at Cord. He decided to stay in the Chapel Choir for his upper-class years for a couple reasons, and it was a good choice. He has had some great leadership experiences with that and through other college experiences. Plus, he's getting married June 5. She's incredible, and they are both planning to be teachers: him, math, and her: elementary. There is a good chance they'll stay in the Fargo area, where my parents still are. Who knows, maybe Chad and I will migrate back there. For now, we're doing well and feel very blessed to not have felt too many effects of the pandemic. In May, I was tempted into a new job as the Marketing & Communication Manager for Can Do Canines. We train assistance dogs in 5 ways, and I had previously volunteered there for a few years. The job has been very overwhelming, but I love it. Chad's job and other aspects of our life are going well too. We miss you two, but are happy that NC is treating you well. Take care, and give my love to Jeannie too. Caren
Dear Don and Nancy, It's taken me a bit of time to respond. Thanks so much for noticing our first attempt at a Virtual Choir. We loved the piece! We so appreciate your ministry! Mark Hellmann
Thank you, Pastor Bill. I appreciate your words right now, in this time of so much pain, for so many. I have been distressed by the racism that has caused this. I pray for understanding and love among us. I am glad I found you on TH-cam this evening. We miss you since we moved.
Thank you, Pastor Bill for your beautifully stated message. It is heartbreaking to see the division among God's people. We are all equally loved by God and I don't understand this arbitrary division that we have made to justify violence against others.
We miss you, and our friends at LCOR. The blessing of Easter 2020, is that we can be in many different churches, our current church, our past church, and my son's church. Christ has Risen Indeed!
Very talented 😊
Love this, let’s do it again!

Beautiful chiming sounds
So very nice to see the choir in robes. Beautiful picture. Loved the large number of bells too. The music from all is wonderful.
Thank you for the blessing
shed a tear listening to this. God bless you
Sound must have been turned down. Can’t hear what he’s saying
Beautiful! I liked your variations on wearing Lenten purple, too! Wish camera would pan less and show full bell choir more.
It was a treat to hear this in person, and joy to be able to hear it again on TH-cam! Thank you, Diana, for sharing!
Awesome! I loved all the different techniques! I look forward to ringing with you in 2024!
Really enjoyed hearing what 4 ringers (and some accompaniment 😁) can do! I look forward to possibly ringing with you when we move to NC!
