THIS Halva is 100 times tastier than store-bought! WITHOUT flour and butter.
Homemade halva is very easy to prepare, and you don’t need ☝️ either flour or butter in the recipe❗ There is enough oil in the sunflower seeds themselves, and the white caramel mass gives the desired structure. Halva according to this recipe is similar in taste to store-bought halva, but its structure is much more tender, there are no hard "veins" of sugar, and therefore it seems to melt in your mouth. An important ☝️ step in cooking is grinding the seeds to a paste, so you need a good grinder. I used a 600 W chopper, and divided all the seeds into two portions and crushed them in 2 stages, after the first I let the technique ☝️ cool down, because any chopper heats up during continuous grinding. It took about 7 minutes (+/-) to grind one portion. But the result is worth it! The halva itself is incredibly tasty, you must try it.
IMPORTANT
If the seeds are already peeled and fried, then they only need to be dried.
Do not overcook the seeds, otherwise you can spoil the taste and color of the product.
A drop of ready-made syrup should stretch, not tear.
Stir not too long to leave "streaks" in the halvah and not lose airiness.
I translated the ingredients into spoons and glasses, see below. But still I advise you to always stick to grams. Cook with pleasure!
Ingredients:
sunflower seeds - 200 g = 12 tbsp.

первое: в подсолнечной халве и не должно быть муки и сливочного масла! зачем вы всё время это пишете? второе: в классическом рецепте нету яичного белка! в роли вспенивающего выступает отвар мыльного корня! третье: перетёртые семена должны иметь примерно ту же консистенцию, что и карамель, иначе у вас не получится добиться характерной для халвы волокнистой структуры. вы недостаточно перетерли семена и как бы не старались, у вас не получится правильно её вымесить. в итоге: ваша халва не соответствует по качеству фабричной, заявления, что она лучше "магазинной" - голословны

This has raw egg whites in it. That is basically an unsafe practice. You need to put that warning disclaimer on this video.
You are way too paranoid. Raw eggs are completely safe if they come from healthy chickens and are not spoiled. A spoiled egg will have a faul smell when cracked open or possibly even discolored. Raw eggs are delicious with a pinch of salt when fresh, especially the yoke. Try it if you are not a chicken, lol 😂

That looks like you made sugar wyrup without caramelizing it. Did you pour the syrup hot on the eggwhite or should it be a certain temperature?

True, this is Not vegan, but many foods that are labeled as vegan foods and gluten free foods are very unhealthy and also ultra processed.

Halva is made with tehini (sesame seeds ) not sunflower seeds.

It does not last very long because it tastes so good 😂 but you can refrigerate it for a while if you prefer. Sugar is a preservative.
