I candidly discuss my struggle with feeling worthy of being seen and my efforts to overcome that by repeatedly telling myself 'it's safe to be seen.' This video is about embracing discomfort, practicing consistency, and encouraging others to start their own journeys, no matter how imperfect they feel.
