They have this juicer at my local Food Co-op and it is AWEsome. The juice is amazing,.It's pricey, but it is a commercial item that for anyone wanting one for home use, would never put it thought the same paces as a store or restaurant would.
@fortepiano05 The burners are supplied by a tiny jet. I think the factory standard on the gas jet is .7mm We drilled our jets out to 1.1mm to allow more gas into the burners and it made a HUGE difference in turnaround. The key is to pump water through little and often.

It's nice that someone still makes lage commercial lever machines. The Astoria rapallo and gloria machines look very nice.
