I started juggling at the age of 49.95 :-) just to see, if I can learn new things. What can I say? I became addicted very quickly and constantly try to learn new tricks.
My juggling is a work in progress, so be patient with me ;-)

#21 Starting with rings
Actually, I started juggling with rings quite some time ago, but I was not ready then, as I quickly discovered. Unlike balls, rings actually hurt when caught with the wrong body part (like your nose, your eyebrow etc.). So, I left the rings until now. Just some basic tricks for now. Later more with rings.
Fun fact: The blue rubber rings in the first sequence are diving rings for kids.

It is quite difficult to find a good place to juggle in the dark. You can´t do it indoors, as the LED´s will illuminate the walls and ceiling and this will look just crappy. So, you need to go outside (or have a really big room at home). Still not the perfect spot, but working on it. Music: Within Temptation - Ice Queen

While practising columns and the W, I just thought, why not throw the outside ball over in a wide arch, instead of the inside ball as in the standard W? Feels a bit like giant tennis and can be done from the columned version or from fountains / 423 pattern on either side. Probably not a new trick, but rather some variation from 423 or the W. If this trick has a name of it´s own, please tell me....

Trying to learn the 441 side swap, which requires really precise columns on both sides. I hate columns, there is so much that can go wrong ;-) Balls colliding - I really hate it, when that happens ;-) Peak height differences Balls going left, right, forward, backwards, never coming down where you need them to be Precise columns are harder than they look. Spring is here! First time I was juggling outdoors. It is actually a lot darker, than the video suggests: almost sunset. A good opportunity to use the yellow balls. Music: Lindsey Sterling feat. Kurt Hugo Schneider - It ain´t me And yes, I know, this is not a metal song, but it fits the spring mood nicely. ;-)
