No, It's not the same, early Japanese they will copy but never counterfeit products, they also trys to invent new things and later on the Japanese government has strick copy right laws that every Japanese needs to follow, unlike The Chinese government never gives a shit about copy rights! so this made many Chinese counterfeits everything!

G10 is an amazing material! I have a knuckle Duster made from G10 which is an effective EDC self defense tool.
Thanks for modifications idea's love the 3rd point of contact elastic cord to keep the sling staying put on your back. I went a step further and added a key chain magnetic for quick access it will break loose and then you can just reconnect the magnetic. It stay put for walking around haven't tried biking with it yet. Thanks for making this video.

Thanks for the video. Nice mods with good attention to detail. I don't see the point of so many GID pulls, of course your bag your choice. Did you use a sewing machine or did you stitch by hand? Did you use a sail needle or a speedy stitcher? I wish you had shared that part of the process. It's always nice to see another crafter's technique.
there's an old lady in my neighborhood, I just ask her"Stitch here like this" and the job is completed. though I did seriously consider the possibility of buying a sewing machine and make bag or mod of my own.
@@bridgeschromaCN So far I have done all my gear mod stitching with either a speedy stitcher or sail needles. A machine that can sew through heavy cloth is too much of an investment for something I do 2 or 3 times a year. Lots of practice has made my stitches even, but if you look real close you can tell it was done by hand. All the time invested makes the end result all the more personal.

that change of strap is goated bro. do you know what type of strap aer used? i also want to do that kind of mod but i dont have the city sling
measure the width of the strap and buy buckles accordingly, everybody is using fidlocks now. personally, I like 38mm strap with extra padding.
