Two girls made pasta salad and cook up saltfish for dinner @englishrolle
I did a minor surgery on my writing finger. The doctor told me to keep it dry. I tried to put on a cooking glove, but the bandage was too big to fit in it. Therefore, I asked my 14 and 12 year old daughters to cook pick up saltfish and pasta salad for dinner. I guided them when necessary and the food was delicious!

I am grateful that I was able to celebrate another earth strong birth date on the 21st day of January. I was showered with love, well wishes, hugs, treats and gifts by my family, friends, colleagues, and students. I am blessed to be loved and appreciated. God is love!

This is our first week back to work and school after the Christmas Holiday of 2024. I am very grateful to my Source of Life, God the Creator. Tali has a loving heart and cherishes friendships. I purchased two gifts for her to give her classmates who celebrate their birthdates in January 2024. When I reached home, I made a 1 gallon order of powerhouse pineapple ginger juice.

I felt like sleeping in, but got up before daybreak to prepare a hot Bahamian breakfast for my family. The girls and I were still on Christmas vacation, but Brian had to go to work. I wanted him to eat a good, hot meal to help strengthen him. It consisted of grits made from coarse cornmeal and tuna salad.
This was a hilarious game of earning money by answering riddles @englishrolle

Our family played a few riddle games which we haven't done for a while. Gigi and Tali agreed to answering some riddles for money instead of their Dad or myself just giving it to them monthly. They enjoyed themselves and I did too.

Based on request, I was prepping the main ingredients to make delicious vegetable juices. While working quietly, my younger daughter reported her side of the story about a missing phone charger. As if that wasn't enough, a bee decided to interrupt our conversation. It invited two other friends too. This was hilarious after all.

After spending time with extended family on Christmas Day, we rested on the morning of Boxing Day. In the evening, Brian and I took the girls back to the Carnival on Clifford Park to finish using the punches for their rides. After that we continued looking at a few lights around town.
