If you press R1 when placing things you can go from 'SNAP TO GRID' to 'PRECISE PLACEMENT' (see the tool tip in the bottom left of your screen) This lets you place items much more accurately especially the small ones.

Nice touch in the purple surgery with the tissues in front of the patient's chair and I love that you have the patience to unpack those boxes so neatly.

There is a game bug that causes windows and doors to show as needed for a room when they have already been bought, ignore what the buy list says and look for the green highlights on the walls and be guided by those, at some point the game will correct itself and the list will show as completed.

I made this mod so I'm very pleased you decided to showcase it, thank you. I was thinking that you needed to turn down your mouse sensitivity when I realised you are playing this on a console, it looks very hard to get the fine control needed to target smaller items which would drive me nuts! Pressing R1 to turn off 'Snap to Grid' might help a little with that. I will be very interested to see how a console copes with this build, it is so big it was crashing my GeForce 3070 towards the end and I had to finish the build prematurely while on the lowest graphic settings.
