Good to see some coverage actually. I didnt realize how big this build 42 is, all the youtube stuff is before 42 and usually the longer videos tend to be older. This build really is crazy, I cant wait to get on this game. Plus they have that AI Survivor mod, two I guess but one is allegedly better than the other. And animals in this build? Wild 👾

Mi 24 has all round 5mm steel plates - thats why it's called flying tank. And here we can see that after two 9x39 rounds it catches fire and crashes. It's kinda week... Nonetheless looking forward to play this mod next week.

Global War really needs fast travel, at least the ability to travel back to your faction HQ with all your merchants. Once you start pushing out from where your HQ is, it starts to take quite a long time to haul back loot to sell, and since there are no missions the majority of your money comes from selling loot. Fun at first, but becomes very tedious when you are traveling 3 zones out to go engage an enemy and then 3 zones back to sell a load of junk, even if you make a stash in the area you are fighting to store all the loot, it will be several trips back to HQ to unload all those guns, which you NEED to do if you want any hope of affording those top end armors for ~250k. Allowing a simple fast travel back to HQ (but not back out to combat areas so you can't quickly defend places under attack) would help a lot there.

Just downloaded this and true stalker and perfect clear sky after my heyzee custom anolmay has me hooked I want to go back and play the best versions of the originals.

I started playing 4.2 but the grass is obscuring everything in sight. I dont know how to fix it.

Thinking about getting this, but was curious about the Russian dialog I kept hearing in the background. Is that just your voice translated? I'm hoping the games language has English subtitles.

This portal nonsense at the End of the game lasts way too long. I also do not like how it spawn Gauss Rifle equippped snipers on roofs all around you. Other than that the game is still very fun and a great time even after all these years!

I played this mod *waaay* back after I just had finished the trilogy and started dipping my toes in modding. Gonna be so cool to see the same project I played like a decade ago after this much time and updates. Honestly I didnt even know if the project was still alive or not. If I would like to play the story of old stalkers for the first time, but I really like the details of gunplay of EFP shown here, mainly the magazine management, what should I do please? I´m fuckin lost from all these opinions 😀

I understand it was a hell of a work. But what bothers me is the fact rifles still eject empty cases to the wrong side, the same with charging handles on aks etc :) call me autistic. Just question, what mod do you recommend for SoC these days which preserves the story and general gameplay, but with modernized experience? (possibility to repair guns/suits etc.
