I have an AR home. The problem with the fridge location is that it is located right in a high traffic area. Other than that, my home is wonderful. This home looks wonderful too.

This house looks good in some parts. I love the outdoor feel and the micro-climate it can produce. But, this house is too much. It's like a kindergarten chose the color combinations. This is not a house for the norm, but a house party, brothel, art exhibit, adult club, etc. It's like someone who have a lot of money and decided how to maximize spending while on LSD. House is currently on Zillow for 17.5M. If I had the money, I'd offer at 9M max.

Beautiful home which is not a modern structure like most new homes going up today in PV and Scottsdale. Unbelievable slabs of granite (almost 1,000 slabs used in construction). I am so tired of these ultra modern homes which most look a lot like each other.

Palmero isn't what I would call a "gated" community. The gates are open from 5:30am to 6:30pm - all day, creating a huge safety issue. Also, the workers cut a lot of corners when building my townhouse. My walk-through was late, so by the time I noticed, the closing date had passed. They won't pay for anything after the closing date.

My favourite house!

There are some negatives also not mentioned. Anything that requires the boat lift to get your boat out begins to be an extreme hassle in a very short time. Also, this is not a water view....this is simply water access. Because almost all the homes sit on a man-made freshwater canal...there is no nature. No dolphins....no manatees....not even any fish. Houses are nice but some things to also consider. This is also one of the communities that always seem to have the most homes for sale at any given time. Seems this has a rather high turn over rate and have to wonder why when it looks so nice.

Big is not always better - I was NOT AT ALL IMPRESSED - There are serious issues of scale in this house. So many of the spaces lack human scale and feel very "warehousy" - There are many misses in the treatment of surfaces and so much just looks gimmicky. - I give it a C minus
