Entity Continuity Demo – Version 1.2
This is a quick demo of my zero-player life simulation game. The game will start with 9 houses and ends when there is only one house remaining. The last remaining house is the winner.
Game Rules:
- Entity cells will increase their level by acquiring food. When an entity reaches level 10, they will split into two-level 0 cells of the same house.
- Entities increase their hunger on each cycle and cells with a higher level, increase their hunger quicker than cells with lower levels. If a cell gets 20 hunger points, it will lose 1 level and reset its hunger to 0. Cells will die if they have less than 0 levels.
- Entities will also hunt and kill other entity cells with lower levels of different houses. Doing so will enable the hunter to gain all the prey's levels. Lower-level entities will actively avoid cells with higher levels of different houses. This is done at a greater range compared to that of hunters.
