Gastric is caused by irregular eating. When i was with Malaysia airlines years ago, my working schedule was irregular and i had the worse gastric for a number of years. I was taking medication but i also stopped taking my favorite drink - lemon tea pink, it aggravated my gastric. It went on and off for years. Eventually it got better. I don't know how. Ok. I have seen but I fast forward some parts. I am happy that your manage to stay put for more than 10 years facing all kinds of challenges. In your earlier years with SA, you were unhappy over the works and crews. Sometimes I wonder how you managed it all for so long. Flying is good for a number of years but it get boring after a while and if not for the money, many would gladly leave. All the best and may God always be your side, to guide and to support you.

Surprisingly when you mentioned that in overseas, 10-4 or 10-6 which I can't remember, that you have to stay on standby. Does that happen to all flights? every flight there will be 1 or 2 crew standby in overseas. I thought standby only takes place in home-based (SIN)

"15-hour" when you mentioned that it reminded me about my last year experience on SQ36 but I was so lucky to have the whole row to myself. And my mum also got 1 whole row to herself. The 15 hours was less fatigued to us. 😂 Great sharing. Now I have found one new CC channel to follow and enjoy all of the layover stories.

Great video! What was the temperature like? I am in AMS and closer to the northpole (after 25 yrs in SIN), but when I see from yr video it looks colder there? I hv never been to Korea, maybe going this year. That white stuff you ate from the box looks like a snack I had in India, very fluffy/flaky and sweet, don't know the name.....
