@@thim199 the titanium is the one street legal, but if you remove dbkiller you lose the “street legal” situation, so, choose the one you prefer, i have to say, the titanium for me is the best, is really deep, rumble, and its not extremely loud ✌🏼

Hello! Yeah i removed the DB and after a ride or two i get used to it, but when im on a more ear sensitive day, i use this earplugs, they are amazing! amzn.eu/d/56G3zfm
@@marcoribeiro_motovlog Thanks for the recommendation! I have already the same for long trips (mainly for air). I am concerned about short rides in the city though. Does it make sense to try out any DB killer modification (cutting the inner pipes)?
@@georgiospergeris6146 You can check my video when i modded the DB (inner tubes cut) and try to decide after watching the comparasion. The DB mod is the sweet spot for everyday ride, short or long trip! ✌🏼

Excellent video. A clear comparison, but not a great win this time for Acropovich. No baffle is best, but this new version sounds lacks the "crack" and sharpness that the older systems still have over this...

Eu tirei o DB killer da minha mas era demasiado barulho, acabei por modificar o db killer cortando os tubos de dentro
Fiz o mesmo, tenho o video no meu canal, porém acabei mesmo por tirar o dbkiller, e ando sem, é uma questão de hábito, agora até acho que nem faz assim tanto barulho, e em dias que esteja mais cansado meto os tampões Alpine Motosafe Race e ando descansado ✌🏼
Que qualidade de video, edição incrivel. Akrapovic vai ser sempre o melhor escape para uma 07, eu tenho um mivv, que já não é nada mau, mas o akra é algo de especial

Why did you not just drill 12mm holes like many others do ? It sounds better by cut them off ?
With holes, the sound still very identical compared to the original db, and the worst part is the rattling sounds ✌🏼
How did you take the DB-Killer out?
You have to take off the head pipe, remove the carbon cover, drill a 6mm hole in the weld spot, and pull out the db ✌🏼

@@teacking8784 Fica com os cavalos totais originais, de 55kw, e os consumos no meu caso aumentaram, mas isso é porque a vontade de rodar o punho é maior 😂 a andar tranquilo, médias de 4.2, a andar sem preocupação, média de 4.9/5l 🤙🏼
Essa zona é bem bonita, quando morava junto ao aeroporto inclinava muito para essa zona agora em Gaia fica mais longe e atravessar o Porto e Matosinhos até chega a Exponor é uma seca, acabo por ir passear mais para sul. Em relação ao audio acho que ficou um bocadinho abafado quando quiseres gravar o som da mota experimenta por o microfone nas tuas costas preso ao cinto das calças com casaco por cima para proteger do vento e por um deadcat no micro, acho que é a melhor posição é assim que gravo os meus videos que tenho na playlist do pure sound. Depois na edição corto aos graves, corto um bocadinho nos agudos aumento um bocadinho nos médios e fica top mas a equalização depois é uma questão de experimentar.
Esta questão do som é sempre complicada, uma pessoa vai experimentando, muito obrigado pelas dicas, vou testar! ✌🏼

sem db killer fica sensacional
Thank you for video, no other video could transfer the accurate sound of stock and aftermarket exhaust. Stock turns out to be not that bad, however if you get Akra then 100% baffle out, else it sounds pretty much like stock :/

@@moysey89 baffle out all day but the problem is the long trips, after an hour the noise start to get really intense, so if you do more trips or long rides (db in), for city rides and fun rides (db out)
@@marcoribeiro_motovlog do you have a quick way to remove or add it back in? because the only way i have seen requires taking the back end off
@@moysey89 nop, the only way i know is to drill a hole in the carbon cap to unscrew the lock screw and then push the db out, or you do the dbmod and be happy with a little more deeper sound than the original

Yah, without db is very rumble and bassy! In europe its only fully legal with the cat and dbkiller in! ✌🏼
