I have a slammed 06 350, and have been wanting to either supercharge it or swap it with a rb25 or a 1jz. I have no clue where to start, I've done all suspension work myself but never touched an engine, any suggestions?

I picked up my z a while back and i think it has these exact same hinges. There is a slight problem though, the passenger side door sits too low and i need to give it a little lift every time i shut it, and the driver door sits a millimeter too high and the glass barely scrapes the a-pillar when i shut the door. I’m planning on adjusting them next week but do you know if there is any effective way to adjust these hinges ? My plan was to unbolt the passenger door, lift it with a jack just a little, and bolt it back up. And i’m not sure how to go about the driver side. Any tips would help thank you so much.
