Even after my parents have shifted, the mistreatment continues unabated, with harassment occurring day and night. Such conduct not only violates basic standards of decency and respect but also raises serious concerns about the safety and well-being of residents, particularly vulnerable individuals such as the elderly. I urge you to thoroughly investigate these incidents and take immediate action to address the unethical practices and mistreatment of residents within the community. Additionally, I request that measures be implemented to ensure the safety, dignity, and well-being of all residents, particularly the elderly. Thank you for your attention to this matter. I trust that prompt and decisive action will be taken to rectify these issues and prevent similar incidents from occurring in the future. We have recorded a few incidents and if this won't stop with immediate effect then we will be forced to take legal help because such treatment is highly unacceptable. I request buyers to not invest in this property, avoid trusting their sales staff who is next to illiterate when it comes to customer satisfaction but are well trained in fooling innocent people especially elderly and 1st time buyers.
