We took the walk around Northside Park and it was awesome! Actually liked it better than the tram ride. You can walk at your own pace and stop along the way. Thank you OC for continuing the tradition.

So very sad we enjoyed our tram ride around the park & we’d sing 12 days of Christmas while we all viewed the beautiful lights. I guess walking around is better then canceling the event but I’ll never feel the same about China or Democrats for ruining our traditions.

Americans usually have to learn lessons the hard way, as we are seeing now. Maybe the realization of this pandemic is finally setting in with some municipalities 😏.

You should have made an announcement like this months ago. No one is enforcing distancing here. More masks are around the chin or littered on the ground. Both Retail & Restaurant employees are not wearing masks or enforcing their own rules of doing so. Will be glad to see you out of office!

I like how a boardwalk vendor set up in front of the message board telling people to social distance and keep moving!

Was in OC this week. Liquor store guy said people threatening him because he tell them they need a mask.. like really..

The Mayor of Ocean City cannot have it both ways! He wants people to visit and spend money. It's a seasonal town. They depend on three months of tourism to get them through the entire year. That being said, there is NO way to social distance on the boardwalk using the 6 foot rule! Ocean City usually becomes the second most populated city in Maryland next to Baltimore every summer. And The mayor is pushing for restaurants to open up for indoor seating now. So, if you come to Ocean City this summer, do it at your own risk. If you are scared of potentially catching this virus, mask or no mask, stay home!

Good luck with that. Most people Unfortunately suck, and don't give a damn about anyone else. Especially when they are down here on vacation.
