There is no way to change the rechargeable battery when the unit will no longer hold a charge. This is not disclosed in the manuel, and the company tells you to send it back to them if you have battery problems (under warranty). This unit is a disposable or throw away device, after the battery dies. An electronic company makes this device, not a durable medical equipment from a medical company. It is useful but has limited capabilities.

What the name of the app?

Hi Susan, Thank you for using Andesfit Health product. This model is not for retail so that it will not using Andesfit Health APP. Have you join any Remote Care plan? please contact to your service provider directly. As this is using BLE that no need for paring. If you want to measure the Blood pressure and record by yourself only, you can try to use Andesfit Health APP. Download the Andesfit Health APP from google or Appstore. Create account ,Turn on the Bluetooth (smart phone ) and click start on the Blood pressure monitor, the data will transfer to the APP automatically. Remember that no Need to do any Paring. But your data will kept on the APP not send to your service provider.
