VW 1300 1969 - is not possible take out of dynamo with turbine from cooling case. Is there too small place for pulling. I have to removed suction pipes and this was not enough to. In my case was need take out turbine from generator first fom back side of cooling case.
There is very little space. Some more space can be achieved by removing the "Dog House" from its attachments. For that you need a smal and stuby screwdriver to remove the screws and get the doghouse lose. I hope that helps

El secreto esta en la herramienta. Ese covertidor de torque aplica 1:11 es decir, por cada ft/lb que aplicas el convertidor aplica 11ft/lb. Esa turerca va instalada a 220 ft/lb, lo que quiere decir que para aflojar la tuerca, se necesitan solo 20ft/lb, facilmente alcanzables sin mayor esfuerzo. Por supuesto se requiere tambien el reten de la cremayera que se muestra en el video.

So you don’t show how you removed the most difficult left side fan shroud screw🤦♂️
I'm not sure why you find it to be the most difficult. I removed them all with a Sttuby flat screw driver. Installed them back the same way. The screw location is not particularly difficult if you have the rigth tool
I was hoping you would show how you put the metal ring on.
Spiral it in, it takes both hands and lubrication, that is why I could not show it. Get the boot in place, and then spiral the ring in, as if it was a sliky. I hope that helps, do let me know.

Good video! How do you adjust the auto choke tension?
Once you have the spring seated on the shaft, turn the assebly to the point where you can feal tension just starts to develop, then tighten the screws to hold it in place.

@@vw181_72 it came with a receiver and a couple of outdoor speakers at the rear so I plan to pull those and put in speakers like you did. I think the receiver will be ok.

Looks nice and clean work… just wondering if you have done anything with reduction box ratio (more speed and acceleration )!
Excellent question!!! Not yet, I have the standard ratio installed. I do have a type 2 set of gears and axles, that I want to install; which would theoretically give me a better ratio. I just need to find the time one of these days to do it.
@@vw181_72 wish you all the best, coz no matter what engine you install, with that factory ratio reduction box you are not going anywhere 😅
@@lahoya77 She manages Sustained 55 to 60 Mph on the highway @ ~3000 RPM. I do not need nor should want any more speed from this car.
