the majority of those games aren't RTS, they are Turn Based Strategy (TBS), RTS stands for Real Time strategy, there are no turns involved

I honestly don't know alot of fighting games for the Nintendo DS except for mortal Kombat. So this helps me out a lot !!!

Sadly, Warhammer cardgame is bad (in PSP). I would recommend the Tag Force series... and Marvel TCG, but in NDS version, there are more content in that.

NBA live and NBA Jam were good, the rest of those games are terrible...

Check out the Japan-exclusive Family Tennis if you can. Great fun and you can play as lots of classic Namco characters like Pac Man, Mr Driller and Heihachi from Tekken. I would put it at number 1.

Sorry, bit these are not the best shooters on the Master System. Nowhere near. The only real contender on this list is Time Soldiers. R-Type, Sagaia, Cloud Master, Power Strike, Power Strike II...
