Can you let them rest overnight, ready for the last baking stage in the morning? Thank you
I would let them come up to room temperature so the yeast can reactivate right before baking them. You could also freeze them and let them thaw and come up to room temperature before baking them. Thank you for watching my video.
Thank you. Does that mean they could be placed in the fridge after shaping without resting the last 20 minutes (evening time) and reactivated the next morning, please? The first attempt has been a success following your instructions by the book. Thank you!
I have to try this asap ! Thanks Michael.
It is one of my favorite desserts. Such a nice flavor and super moist crumb. Thank you for watching the video. I really appreciate it.
Sir you are so charming thank you for this recipe
Thank you so much for watching my video. I really appreciate it so much.
I'm a big fan of the A-C D5 line, Michael. I bought a 3qt D5 soup pot when WS had an introductory special when the D5line first came out. ($99). I loved the bigger handles and the flat handle on the lid that functions better with oven mitts and also sits well on the counter. When other items were available for the same low "introductory" price of $99 I snapped them up as well. They are my 'go-to' pans that I use almost daily. I have several pieces of the older style A-C (saucepans) but I find the long handles uncomfortable and prefer to use the "stockpot' style short handles on my D5 pans on the cooktop or oven. All fit nicely in my Breville countertop oven. Have you tried any of the *Made In* cookware yet? I've heard good things about the brand but I just don't need any more cookware. I'd be interested in your review if you ever add a piece to your collection. Just found your channel and expect to watch many of your videos. 👍
Thank you so much for watching my video. I have not tried the Made-In brand as of yet. I liked the D5 from All-clad. From what I read in my research Made-in says theirs is 5 ply but they call separate their layers in the way their process is in making the pots. I just bought a Breville counter top air fryer pro. I made the unboxing video and that should go up soon.
I love my All-Clad pieces. Sounds like you got a good deal on those, but personally, I have no use for such small items. Enjoy your two great bargains.
Yes, the smaller ones were something that might not get used as much as the larger pots. I will definitely try and see what recipes I can use to put these to use. Thank you so much for watching my video.
Made this for the first time today Delicious !
They are really good. I love them. They are great to add in your salads and in granola. I think they would be good sprinkled over baked goods before they are baked. Thank you so much for watching my video.
DOES THE ABV CHANGE WITH TIME , OR WILL IT BE THE SAME ABV AS WHEN I STARTED...THANX
It will get more of the cherry flavor in the alcohol over the course of a year. It will eventually get the most of the cherry essence infused and ferment nicely. Thank you for watching my video.
I think your link does not work
I will have to check it out and see what happened. I will attach the link in this response. Thank you for bringing that to my attention and watching my video. th-cam.com/video/eQnwCfLM6i4/w-d-xo.htmlsi=iAJjetoZEzfgpq9B
Thank you for sharing this recipe! Was thinking about throwing few ice cubes in there with the dough when putting it in the oven, to create more steam, but I’m afraid that will cause the cloche to crack if it’s preheated… has anyone tried it to confirm it’s safe?
I have not tried that. I am not sure if you added ice to make steam after it was preheated that it might crack the cooker. Maybe someone else will bring in an answer if they have tried that technique. I have made quite a few loaves in the cloche and the steam in the dough has always been enough to keep the bread soft and moist. That is a good question. Thank you for watching my video.
Love making peach jam… thank you for this video!
I love homemade jam. I try to make all of my jams with no added pectin. I like the naturalness of the jam. Thank you for watching my video.
New vids
Hi Thats a beautiful pan! But wondering how to clean it- any special procedure or just dish liquid and warm water? Thanks for the great video!
I have only used dish soap and a wash cloth. It has cleaned up very well so far. It might come a day when I have to use a more abrasive cloth on it but so far I have not had to used anything other than soap and water. I have never put it in the dishwasher. Thank you for watching my video.
delicious :)
Thank you for watching my video.
Keep doing your thing Micheal!
Thank you so much for watching the video and commenting. I really appreciate it very much.
You’re so underrated! New sub 😊
Thank you so much. I really appreciate it so much.
I am part Norwegian, and we (and the Swedes) have a similar dish . No flour, all almonf flour, so it is gluten free. It doesn't puff, but who cares and is made in a cast iron skillet. II also uses much less sugar, but lemon juice, zest aand nutmeg.
I know that has to be delicious as well. That would be great for a gluten free dish. I have several viewers that experiment with different ingredients to make them gluten free. Thank you so much for watching my video.
Every time I try it just sticks and drags the dough.
I wonder if it is the angle that it is scoring the dough. Also maybe try turning the blade around. It could be sharper on one of the other sides. Not sure. Just some thoughts. They can drag on some of the loaves I have made. Thank you so much for watching and commenting.
A tasty delight
Thank you for watching my video. It is so delicious.
thanks for the tutorial Michael! i made these walnuts at home and i ate them at lunch with some granola, really helpful i enjoyed them greatly! <3
I know that had to of added so much more flavor the the granola. I will have to try that. Thank you so much for watching my video.
Is that a 7 8CF combo? I only see videos on 1 8CF
How long is it good for? Can you just put it in the fridge? Or is it only good right than and there.
I dont usually keep it in there after 3 days. I have used the expiration date of the cream on occasion. I make smaller batches so I can use it up and not have it sitting in the refrigerator.
Wow, thx! I didn't know that 😮
Thank you so much for watching my video. I really appreciate it.
Wonderful video! This looks absolutely scrumptious and I can't wait to try this recipe for myself
I know you are going to love it. Thank you so much for watching my video.

Yummy Michael 👍👍 thank u 🙏🏼
It is a really delicious recipe.
Looks like a tasty recipe to add to my pie collection of family favorites.
Hope you enjoy
i dehydrate entire lemon slices and powder them for lemon pepper.....it's wonderful!
I will have to try the whole lemon slices next time. That is such a great idea. Thank you for watching and sharing your recipe.
Thank you for the explanation . Very helpful.
Glad it was helpful! Thank you for watching my videos.
I bought one and I have to say, I love it. However, the clear guard on the bottom keeps falling off. It won't lock in place. What's your experience?
Mine does the same thing about once or twice during a bowl of cherries. I guess they all do that from the sound of it. Sometimes I just leave it off and cup my hand on the bottom to keep the pit from flying across the room. Thank you for watching and sharing your experience as well.
Yummy. Will try soon.
Hope you enjoy. Thank you for watching.
Looks great but can we substitute with instant yeast? Thx
Absolutely you can use the instant yeast. I have always bought the active dry yeast. Some of the viewer in the comments have used fresh yeast as well. Thank you so much for watching my video.
Thank you, tried it and it’s tasted really good, so easy to make as well.
Thank you so much it helped us a lot❤
Thank you so much for watching my video.

Thank you so much for watching my video.
Those look really tasty, thanks for sharing this!
They are really good. And such a good way to use really ripe bananas.
I did your recipe today I added red onion and garlic looking forward to tasting in few weeks thanks for posting
I can’t wait to hear how yours turns out with the onion and garlic. I know it will add such great flavor to the beans and corn. I will have to try that in my next batch. I just took another crock of beans and corn out a couple of weeks ago. Thank you so much for watching my video.
Great Job Michael, thanks Kris and Gary
Hello Kris and Gary. I hope all is well with you guys. It has been a while. Thank you so much for watching the video. We will have to catch up soon.
Tasty treat. Well presented.
Thank you for watching my video. I really appreciate it so much.
The one thing you skipped was which setting you used. I assume it was slow cook - what is the best to use if you want to boil water etc
Thank you for watching my video. I did cook this overnight on low setting on the slow cooker. It did cook for 9 hours. If you want to cook it in a stock pot you can start the process with the water boiling then I would turn it down on low. You want the essence of all of your veggies to slowly cook out into the water and make a really robust stock.
Did you soak your peas?
Thank you so much for watching my video. I do not soak the beans. You definitely can soak them overnight in cold water or you can bring them up to a boil and turn them off for 2 hours and then start cooking them. The cooking time will be reduced if you soak them.
Thanks Michael
Thank you for watching and commenting. I really appreciate it.
hear me out. put a plate over it and throw out the wrapper. then use the plate for food and it's warm and has butter on it.
That is a great idea as well. I like that extra flavor you have added to your dish. Good plan. Thank you for sharing.
