Where its white at?

You are confusing “direct flight” (which has stopovers with no change of aircraft and flight number) and “non-stop flight” which is what you mean when a plane takes off from airport x and lands at airport y with no stops in between. United and Philippine Airlines both have NON-STOP flights from SFO to MNL. If in doubt, google the definition of the two types of flights.

I remember commuting from Berkeley to Sunol starting 1999, when there were only open fields on either side of H680 from Dublin down through Pleasanton & Sunol. Now it is completely built up ! Imagine buying a house during the early construction growth of Pleasanton back then, and looking at that house’s equity now. I stayed in the Berkeley-Albany- Emeryville area and did alright. Except for the economic bust of the late 2000s, real estate investment is the best investment , gotta make it work !
