I think the time you wish at plays a big role in pulling. I remember I pulled sparkle and aventurine around 10-11 am in the same patch and got both of them early pity + won 50/50. And in wuwa I always wish around 12-3 am and somehow always win the 50-50? While there is no way to guarantee that you’ll get it early or always win the 50/50, i think there are ways where you can up your chances of either winning the 50/50, or getting a 5 star early. This is hype content for the unemployed 🎉

The most I got is Welt E5 and Sleep Like the Dead at S5. I don't know if HoYo is trolling me or something... I know Welt-I’ve read the manga Second Eruption and Alien Space, and I play Honkai Impact 3rd. your client asking the genshin server for pulls, the server generate your pull, writes to the database and your client ask then the database for the pulls and your clients shows the new database entrys(new pulls). since the server doing the "random" stuff you cant influence it. at max what can happen is, that e.g the timestamp of the pull request is used to generated the "random" number which will result in the final pull. with that and knowing the function which generates the pull, you could calculate the outcome. but even then, after the pullgeneration, im sure some checks will go after that that you wont get too much luck. so its useless. im little bit guiessing how its exactly works but it should be similar like that.

its like slot machines at casino. They'll let you win at times and when you win too much they reduce your win rate. Like i won 3 50/50 and even got lucky getting dupes after less than 50 pulls. After that i went to hard pity to get the next banner character.

There are patents online where it was found that a company would manipulate your "RNG" based on your inventory how many 5* you had on your account including the rest you spoke of. Tell me though, many industries are audited. Who audits these companies? 😅

i think gacha games have some internal black magic code in it, when you roll for something. lets say you roll for a weapon banner first, i think it may be more likely to give you the weapon in order to motivate you to get invested in a character and roll for that too. Or you have a certain amount of currency and it makes it so you wont get it in what you got all the time. New players having better odds. Or my favourite one, big spenders get increased luck, as they are likely to be more invested in the game and spread news about how good the rolling experience is and the fact they already spent a lot anyway. Now you could say its illegal or that its regulated, but it wouldnt be that hard to bypass the regulators or tip them off.

hmm randomizing the seed based on the current time, makes sense. it sounds liek woodoo magic but i got nothing to lose and the rolls you got, espcially in a row are a very low probability if chances were even.

Well i play/playd genshin HSR ZZZ in genshin my luck feeld avrage in HSR my luck was top 1% and in ZZZmy luck is so bad i quit as it was just not funn (but all 3 are hoyo games wiht the same system) So truly wonder if its all just luck

there is a pattern to my pulls in zzz. i usually lose once at 70 to 80 pity, then i get the character at insanely low pity. for example, on ju yuan's banner i lost to koleda at 77 pity, then got ju yuan at 11. lost to s11 at 76 on jane's banner then got jane at 9. so assuming this pattern persists, i'm expecting to lose on astra yao and then get her early.

the IP thing is kinda true. I always have this one static ip that I saved for star rail pull. Never lose my 50/50. Last week I just found the ip that get me double lightcone. Test it on both my account, guess what, both of em got 2 in about 60-70 pity. I got the extra step of manipulating the odd but not gonna share here. Gonna kept it for myself "wink wink"

everything you said checks out with my observation

how would you explan than this: I got first standart char clara in underground belobog, got bronya and her lightcone on belobog, lose to bailu in xianzhou, welt on the express and recently, lose to yanqing in xianzhou (on fugue banner). With that last information I went to watch some pulls from people, first of them was a dude, who pulled fugue in penacony, he won, then I told my friend to pull fugue in penacony, she won, as well as fugue sig, then I watched other 6 players, who pulled fugue in xianzhou, and 5 of them lost to yanqing, one got welt. (Why not xianzhou? Because we never met fugue there, or smth) This is not 100% ofc, but very very sussy, and I'm seeing this type of thing in every gacha, especially in genshin it was very often, it's like your chances of getting are bigger. Also recently I won herta and her lightcone on herta's space station as well as my friend. I don't know how exactly it works ofc, but this is not okay to be that often, and I said only 10% of my observation.

I've lost every DPS 50/50 and won every support 50/50 since 2.0, and I pull for eidolons and LC... it's pain

The only thing I knew is that when you don't play for like 2-3 weeks and come back to the game will increase your luck to pull 5 stars OR When you're a newbie to the game you'll probably getting 2 5 stars at most early pulls

I'm might be biased but I have a theory if you do your pull rifght after the path roll or under 1 hour after the banner release, it will increase your chance of getting 5-stars. It happened because the sheer amount of people doing pulls at the same time, server random "Code pattern" changes so quickly it will sometimes give you multiple 5-star in a row. But, what do I know. 🤷‍♂🤷‍♂

I would say time has something to do with the 5* stars results. I sometimes pull in morning times and got better results. Same goes for pulling at night like around 11. Sometimes I'll lose 50/50 but it's usually an early.

every time I take a break I come back and pull the char I want. I quit for a couple months, came back and got both the herta and bronya in my first ten pull. Went and got the general too. I think activity is a thing for sure.
