Hello,We represent Powertech in Mauritius. As you have connected one motor only have you proceeded with the Learning for one motor only. Be sure you are using motor 1 and not motor 2 as connection. Also you have to select the dip switch for one motor only. If you do not activate dip switch for single motor what will happen is the hall sensor for the absent motor will prevent this motor from functioning. Check Your hall sensor connection if it is connected the right way. Photocell could cause problem also. I forget right now if it is NO or NC. Please try put the jumper and remove the jumper into the PH pins(situated on the board) and try. Have you check your stop connection on your connector. Should be link to ground if i remember. Right now am in canada and a bit forgetful about the stop connection. But if it exist on your connector should connect it to GND. I hope this help. You will love it as this is a very good product.Vishal
