Deep Run Railroad (Mike)
United States
เข้าร่วมเมื่อ 9 ส.ค. 2021
Welcome to my channel. I model the CSX RF&P Sub "Richmond Fredericksburg and Potomac" from the 1980's to 2000's.
I have always been interested in the History of this area and the RF&P. My freelance rail road is call Deep Run RR. Deep Run is a creek in Fredericksburg VA. The creek runs through the industrial area that I am modeling.
I am using PECO Code 83 Ho track and a YaMoRc DCC system. With JMRI and CATS.

Ooh those hinges are way better. The no need for the notch is cool, but i thought the notchbwas also a great solution..
@@TriGogglin it's working so far. Added some magnets to help hold the lift end flat. Mike
Nice looking layout Mike
@@toddarmstrong.trackside.action Thank you Todd I can't wait for the lawn to stop growing so I can get hard at it again. Lol. Mike
The notch for the permant track is a great idea. Looks great

Deep Run Mike, that was a great explanation. I’ll keep this handy so I can refer back to it. Nice tutorial.
@@derekalexander4030 Thanks Doing these videos help me remember also. Mike
Great intro to the layout and I love the lift up sections so you don’t have to climb under the layout all of the time. Nice space and a nice plan and I saw there is still more room for expansion, lol.
@@derekalexander4030 Check out the lift up videos this video is about a year before I did the lift up. No ducking under for me anymore. Lol Mike
Really great job, Mike. A lot of progress. Don’t let Track aside Mike see that hole in the wall or he might try to steal it, lol.
@@derekalexander4030 funny you brought TS Mike up. That thing with him and James did got me started on the hole. Mike
Mike, Nice update on your progress. Printing out full size track plans is the best way to ensure that everything lines up and is in the proper location....John
