The Spurs love to draft foreign-born players and Nikola Topic appears to be a guy who has what San Antonio needs to keep their rebuild going in the correct direction. He is a works in progress, but at 18, he also has several years of pro basketball under his belt. With Greg Popovich et al directing his development, he could be the next big point guard in the NBA.
