I enjoyed the list, but I'm not sure I agree on the Custodes placement for a few reasons. It builds more points than the previous one, Wardens were previously not included in any value boxes so they're nice to have in there, and cutting out the bikes is probably a good move, at least for the duration of 10th edition. Additionally the inclusion of a Blade Champion gives the army some desperately needed mobility which, given that our only other options at the moment are subpar bikes or expensive Venatari, is sorely needed. Losing out on Sisters or Silence does hurt, admittedly, since they're some of the worst points for dollar of any of the army's units (ignoring forge world), but I still think that this is, at worst, about equal in terms of value. That said, if you can manage to snag both boxes, you've got a fantastic core to your army all set, which makes me appreciate GW taking a different direction with the new box. Overall, I'd say it ought to be ranked higher for sheer points alone. At an absolute minimum, the new box builds 780 points. At max, the box builds 1040, and while you probably wouldn't build it that way because you don't need two shield captains, that's still amazing value for a combat patrol. The max you could build the old one for was 840 if my math is right.
