Again, great video. Will help so many ❤ u look so natural and happy
Such a great description of what it’s like to be on a diet. It’s totally exhausting and so hard to break. Must look weird to others too, messes up your head completely. Thank you for this account. Alhhh and the husbands reaction broke me down. I think it’s hard for dieters’ husbands, sucks the life out of enjoyment. Oh girl, it IS amazing to be able to eat
I have very painful irreversible neuropathy in my feet, so, no matter what I weigh, I'll always have this, and walking is almost impossible
So happy for you. Hope you and your family are all well. Wishing you all the best and thank you so much for sharing your journey. Loved all your videos. So helpful. Can't tell you how much I appreciate them. Thank you.
I was smiling so much to hear you talking. How good you feel, confident, room for life, sport, enjoying life and not thinking about food all the time. Love this video. Thank you so much.
Thank you so much. I admire you so much for doing this. Going all in and sharing your story here on youtube. Thank you... I am just building up the courage to start my own journey.
I can just imagine how hard it must have been, putting on weight and needing to go clothes shopping. I am so scared of going all in, but I am doing it. I really want to heal. I can't take it anymore. Thank you so much for sharing.
Your progress is so amazing. Eating guilt free, not thinking about food 24/7, forgetting about donuts, more energy.... gosh. I love hearing of your journey. Thank you so much for sharing. THANK YOU.
I can so understand how difficult this journey must have been. Thank you so much for sharing. It's so helpful and inspiring to me. THANK YOU so much.
Thank you so much for being so open and sharing your journey. I am the lowest way ever in my adult life and love my slim body. But still... it's never slim enough and fight every minute with hunger, food thoughts, anxietey of food and binge urges. I need to heal.... finally.
Wow, what a strong video. It gave me goosebumps. Just found your channel because I want to do this step. Going all in. I am in my late 40's and can't deal this food issue any longer. I want to heal. Thank you so much for sharing. Your are so beautiful.
What you said about Keto is what ive said about OMAD! Never again. Its not worth losing your bodys trust
Thanks for making this video Esti! Videos like yours are helping me with my recovery😊
Im a little over one month in, and I feel so much better than before. It doesn't hurt to sit anymore, my bones don't pop out of place anymore, my knees dont hurt, my depression has gotten better, my insomnia is completely gone, and I feel so much stronger ( I can lift groceries now!) Im sticking with it this time, im never going back to AN or mia. I don't care about my fat gain anymore, & honestly Im happy to have a butt again!
I am watching this while trying to sleep after going all in on my ED. These tips are very helpful. I tried putting on pants that aren’t fitting me right now so thank you for this tip on getting some comfier clothes. Going to get the calm magnesium supplement you recommended too. Thank you for sharing your journey and suggestions. It’s very inspiring and gives me lots of hope 😊🙏🏻🫶🏻
It took me 2 years to get to the point you talking about..weird that was so fast for you. Have you really struggle before..
yes.
hi Esti, thank you so much for sharing this with us. so I'm currently in my recovery and I'm trying to go all in to challenge my food restriction habit too. however, I still have some doubts. is it okay if I only tend to eat a group of food during my recovery? I tend to eat so much bread, I think this is because it's my fav food but it was also the food that I restricted so much during my diet. I'm afraid that I don't get the nutrition that I needed or that I consume too much sugar during my recovery.
Hi, how are you doing now?
@@0.Silver.0 Hi, thanks for asking. I'm doing good, but still struggling to get over some food rules and balance my nutrients. The recovery process is not all rainbow and sunshine but I'm not giving up :)
@@internetprincess8998 Thanks for responding! :) I hope you can someday be free from your restrictions, you've got this!
@@0.Silver.0 Thank you so much for your wish. I hope you're leading a healthy life too both mentally and physically <3
@@internetprincess8998 ❤️
thank you so much for sharing 🤍 that was truly helpful
Do not do this. Eat healthy don’t go all in. I was anorexic exercise addiction for 35 years I’m still Eating crap after 2 years of all in. Going into recovery was that worst thing I ever did.
Hey how are you doing now?
can I ask how long your face swelling lasted? if not I understand! I just want to prepare myself!
My 6 month stage body and mind wise is very similar to yours. It’s all uphill from here baby
I so much love your channel. Please, give us some news.
How long did you eat "all in" before you started exercise?
I've just discovered you today while searching for videos on All In, as I'm a year and 2 months in and just having a really bad day with it. This video made me cry because you're so honest but also so happy and thankful this allowed your little miracle :-). Also needed the reminded that our bodies constantly change, that was a huge eye opener for me at the start to take that in and sit with it because through my ED it was about constantly being smaller and wanting to stay that way forever but we're women... we're constantly changing through monthly cycles, babies, menopause and age and I think I just needed that reminded today, thank you.
This made me cry so hard. All of a sudden I remember. I remember everything like it was yesterday.
I am bingeing sweets all day for 3 werks :/
Did you allow yourself to exercise? It helps me regulate my mood and focus me to be physically active at least once every two days
@Hazel Deyo your body needs 100% rest to truly recover. Usually a year of rest. It needs to rebuild your heart, your internal organs etc. Exercising will only prolong your recovery bc your body will need to take lo get to heal
Do you recommend going all-in when i don‘t need to gain weigh? I‘m scared of gaining so much weigh…
hi there! i'm not esti, obviously, but i thought i'd share my thoughts on your question anyways. so first of all, i believe the only one who knows whether or not you need to gain weight is your own body, no bmi scale or doctor or whatever can know this, especially since your body's healthy weight will change during your lifetime, depending on the circumstances. so in order to find out whether or not you need to gain weight, you need to eat unrestrictedly, even if that means you eat thousands and thousands of calories from processed sugary foods for a period of time. your body might need to heal a lot of damage that has been done to it by underfueling, overexercising, purging, whatever it is, and healing takes a lot of energy. plus your body might feel the need to overshoot, because that way it can be sure it can allow energy to be used for healing because there won't be a lack thereof very soon. i learned a lot about this from tabitha farrar, i highly recommend checking her out! it will probably be painful, both mentally and physically, and you'll want to quit a lot, but hang in there!
Just made it to 3 months all in, and definitely feeling the struggle. But I've kept coming back to rewatch your videos throughout this, and they help so much! Helps me want to keep going! Thank so much for sharing :):)
Congratulations! ❤️ be cautious to eat very much when(if) you are breastfeeding, it can be quiet taxing on the body and cause calorie deficits very easily and can trigger maybe some eating disorder thoughts. But you are so far in your recovery and seem to be in such a good and stable place, i wouldnt worry too much. Im wishing you and your little family all the best ❤️❤️
Stupid comment
did you still exercise while any of this pls respond
Congratulations on your pregancy! I just have a question for you, did your weight redistribute after a while? Or how did your body change during your recovery? Thank you for sharing your journey! <3
I am a new sub & I have a lot of just “mixed” feelings about MY recovery. I think rn it’s like part of me is like “let’s try this/that”
6 months is fabulous! 💟 Cheers 🙏
You are so brave.
Thank you ♥️
i can’t believe i’m a year in and my weight has plateaued at the highest weight i have ever been…it’s sad but i understand it’s part of the process and i just have to keep going…i didn’t expect this much weight gain tho for this long

Amen, sis! I'm so thankful for your voice and your story
Do you have any recommendations for... mucus (gross, sorry for this question)? Thats my biggest challenge right now aside from the bloating, the gas, the expansion, and the depression. I've accepted all those, hahah, but this mucus in my throat is another level of frustrating.
How are you doing now ? Could you please make another video ? You help me a lot.
yes! I will explain my sudden silence and all :)
This was such a good video…. You hit the nail on the head. As someone who is struggling with bulimia and I think another form of ED (obsessive macro fracking) …. It’s good to see someone who is recovering. It gives me hope ♥️
This is so inspiring. I too have struggled with bulimia for many years. I tried to go all in a few times …. But the full feeling and being so uncomfortable and judging myself always led me to purge and run right back to tracking macros, tracking cardio amounts, water intake, etc. being so type A has not helped me at all as you can see. Any advice on how you dealt with being so full coming from a bulimic past?
Honestly, just repeat repeat repeat. It is going to be uncomfortable until your body truly learns to digest properly again. And distract yourself after meals, go on a walk, watch something funny, try to have plans after meals. Day at a time :)
I’ve just started my all in journey, for food freedom, to feel less guilt when I eat and it’s great to hear about other peoples journey too! So thank you for making this video x
